The People Team at Chainalysis is at the crux of ensuring that Chainalysis meets ambitious expansion goals while maintaining our culture and supporting the personal and professional growth of our employees. We are looking to add a Technical Recruiter to our team who is well-versed in engineering and data science and an expert at selling why Chainalysis is an amazing place to work and learn. The Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for roles like software engineers, data analysts, data scientists, and more both in the US and in Europe. This position will be based out of New York.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, source, and attract exceptional talent across teams and regions

  • Advise and consult with hiring managers to build clearly defined job descriptions and create consistent replicable interviews

  • Champion candidate experience and priorities throughout the recruitment cycle

  • Evaluate potential candidates via phone screens or in-person meetings

  • Maintain impeccable documentation in our Applicant Tracking System and encourage adoption among hiring managers and other stakeholders

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand business goals and translate those needs to human capital

  • Thoughtfully balance urgent hiring needs while never compromising candidate quality

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ IT, Software Engineering, or Technical recruitment experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Expert communication skills including the ability to sell opportunities, overcome objections, and close candidates

  • Obsessive organization and documentation habits

  • Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy environment with sometimes ambiguous and often evolving hiring needs
