We are looking for an Executive Assistant to be an integral member of the Operations team, providing direct support the Chief Revenue Officer, VP of People, VP of Product, and other team members, when needed.
The candidate must:
Be a proactive team player with superb administrative skills
Take initiative to continually improve the efficiency of the leadership team
Have the ability to operate in a highly professional manner with senior level management
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
Have proven follow-up skills to ensure successful and timely completion of assignments
Manage complex scheduling (interviews, travel, high level and company-wide meetings) for C-level management, showing flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust and prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes
Travel coordination for the leadership team as per Company’s travel policy
Manage and submit timely monthly expenses for the team; budget management
Org chart management to adjust for ongoing organizational changes
Execute day-to-day administrative tasks to include lunch ordering, team dinner reservations, and updating contacts
Tackle various projects as assigned
3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Extraordinary attention to detail with the ability to think critically about tasks at hand
Experience working in environments where sensitivity and confidentiality are required
Ability to adjust quickly to constantly changing priorities and be responsive to feedback.
Must have superior written and verbal communications skills
Advanced MS Office and G-Suite skills; proficiency with Mac/Apple products preferred; experience with Salesforce a plus
